Vera Hamilton

Vivian Hamilton age 84 of Glasgow passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. She was the daughter of the late John Will and Eugenia Knight Vire. Vivian was retired from Metcalfe Health Care in Edmonton and of the Baptist faith. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, July 13, 2018 at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in the Metcalfe County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday and after 9:00 AM Friday at the funeral home. She is survived by her husband Jim Hamilton. One son Dan (Molly) Hamilton of Chicago. One daughter Susan Elmore of Glasgow. Four grandchildren. Eric Elmore of Glasgow, Colleen (Tom) Watson of Chicago, Kevin (Natalie) Hamilton of Chicago and Joshua Elmore of Glasgow. One great grand daughter Ava Elmore of Glasgow. Two sisters also survive. Arlene Agic of Edmonton and Ruth Wileman of Chicago. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters. Mary Etta Riddle and Eloise Devito. Also a son in law Tim Elmore.
