Sue Wisdom

Ms. Betty Sue Wisdom, age 85, of Edmonton, Kentucky passed away on Friday, January 05, 2024 at the T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, Kentucky. She was born on Thursday, April 07, 1938, the daughter of Mawk and Ruby (Reece) Wisdom. She is of the Baptist Faith, member of the Edmonton Baptist Church, was a Cook for the Metcalfe County board of Education serving at the high school.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Carlos Wisdom, Wanda Brewer, Jeanie Garmon, and Jeanette Gibson.

Ms. Wisdom is survived by her daughter, Stacey Isenberg (& Donald Hunter), her grandchildren, Madison (& Michael) Lawson, Parker Isenberg, great-grandchildren, Dean Lawson, Samuel Lawson, sister-in-law, Sharon Wisdom, along with several nieces, nephews, and other family members along with many friends.

The funeral service for Ms. Betty Sue Wisdom will be conducted on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Butler Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Scholar officiating. Burial will follow in the Jessie Cemetery in Metcalfe County, Kentucky. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 09, 2024, after 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
