Philip Dougherty

Wayne Dougherty age 87 of Knob Lick passed away Thursday, July 14, 2016 at NHC Health Care in Glasgow. He was the son of the late Welby and Mary Lou Smith Dougherty. He was a farmer and member of the New Liberty Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Sunday at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in the New Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM Sunday until service time Sunday at the funeral home. He is survived by two daughters. Judy South of Knob Lick and Sherry (Tim) South of Edmonton. One sister Linda Perkins of Glasgow. Two grandchildren. Lori Eastridge of Elizabethtown and Matthew South of Edmonton. Four Great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren also survive. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Ruth Bray Dougherty and a son in law David South.
