Peggy Coffey

Peggy Jean Coffey age 82 of Edmonton passed away Wednesday December 20, 2017 at the Metcalfe Health Care Center. She was the daughter of the late Dennis and Elsie Isenberg Shirley. Mrs. Coffey was a homemaker and a member of the Edmonton Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband James Howard Coffey of Edmonton, two sons Tony (Karen) Coffey of Prospect, Russ Coffey of Lexington, one daughter Tamara (Danny) Poore of Edmonton. Six grandchildren Nina (Mike) Kleven of Medford, NJ., Tara Williams of Edmonton, Diana (Chas) Hayes of Nashville, Katrina (Matt) Howard of Westfield, IN., Megan (Tyler) Gooch of Louisville, and Jenna Coffey of Louisville. Six great grandchildren also survive. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a son in law Rick Williams. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday at the Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in the Missionary Mound Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Edmonton Baptist Church.
