Mildred Lowe

Mildred Lowe age 86 of Edmonton passed away peacefully Monday, September 19th 2016 at NHC Healthcare in Glasgow. She was born October 18th 1929 in Subtle, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Garnett and Bernice Hurt who preceded her in death. She is survived by 3 daughters; Morgan (Ken) Rudd of Edmonton. Betty (Farron) Poynter of Temple Hill, Glenda (Chuck) Thomas of Glasgow. Five sons: Johnny (Vicky) Lowe of Butler, TN, Frankie (Mary) Lowe of Glasgow, Floyd Lowe of Edmonton, David Lowe of Louisville and Ricky Lowe of Edmonton. Fifteen grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Two brothers, Howard (Gin) Hurt of Lebanon Junction, Donal (Sandy) Hurt of Michigan. She was preceded in death by a son Wayne Lowe, two brothers Wayne and Jessie Hurt, one sister Marie Friant and one grandson Anthony Church. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, September 22nd at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in the Mosby-Bragg Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday and after 9:00 AM Thursday at the funeral home.
