Memory Ervin

Memory Ervin age 96 of Edmonton passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. He was the son of the late Wood and Lovie Jeffries Ervin. He was a farmer, retired from the Kentucky State Hwy Department and of the Baptist faith. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday at the Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in the Metcalfe County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and after 9:00 AM Saturday at the funeral home. He is survived by one daughter Phyllis Moss and husband Eugene of Edmonton. Four grandchildren. Kelly (Missy) and Douglas (Ches) Moss of Edmonton. Susie (Kendall) Clark of Sulphur Well and Betty (Ralph) Bernard of Bowling Green. One brother Roy (Jan) Ervin of Edmonton. Eight great and two great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Emily Martin Ervin, one son Loren Ervin, one great grandson Joseph, one brother Mitchell Ervin, three sisters Audrey Perkins, Helen Chaney, and Catherine Edwards.
