Lillian Jeffries

Lillian Agnes Johnson Jeffries was born August 4, 1922 to the union of Milie Johnson and Laura Ferguson Johnson. She passed away Friday, November 6, 2015 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow at the age of 93 years with her family at her side. She was saved at an early age and joined the Savoyard Baptist Church to which she was very faithful and to the Lords work. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Monday at Savoyard Baptist Church with burial in the Jeffries Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM Sunday at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton and after 10:00 AM Monday at the church. She is survived by one son Larry and wife Mavis Ferguson Jeffries of Savoyard. Two grandsons. Brent and wife Terri Jeffries of Glasgow. David and wife Leisa Jeffries of Savoyard. One grand daughter Kathy and husband Danny Smith of Savoyard. Four great grandsons, Peyton, Eli, Zack and Evyn. One great granddaughter Mattie Kate. Three step great grandsons Clay, John and Jason Jones and three step great great grandchildren. Two sisters in law Norma Johnson and Nona Jeffries. She also leaves a great host of friends and relatives to mourn her passing. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Wilmoth in 1994. Three brothers; Travis Johnson and wife Euberta, Wayne Johnson and wife Kaye and Dee Johnson. Two sisters Florence Greer and husband Ewell. Lovie Jeffries and husband Hazel.
