Lala Poynter

Cunneen Poynter age 93 of Savoyard passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. She was the daughter of the late William Carver and Eula Bell London Nunn. She was a homemaker and member of the Savoyard Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held 1:30 PM Saturday at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in the Buck Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00 PM Friday and after 9:00 AM Saturday at the funeral home. She is survived by one daughter JoNell (Stanley) Ferguson of Savoyard. Two sisters Micky Minor of Savoyard and Clarine Nunn of Center. One granddaughter Tarah Jo (Chris) Mathews of Savoyard. A step granddaughter Donna Sue Buckman of Austin, Texas. One great great granddaughter Layla Grayce Mathews of Savoyard. A step great great grandson Liam Ferguson Buckman of Austin, Texas. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands Joseph Gordon Withers and Melvin Poynter. Two sisters Correll Martin and Maureen Hatcher.
