Janie Harlow

Janie Geraldine (Huffman) Harlow, 80 of Edmonton passed away May 4, 2023 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was born June 6, 1942 to Phil and Ruby (Cassady) Huffman. She was a member of the Center Church, Cook for the Metcalfe County High School, member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and was retired from Sumitomo. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Phil Harlow, daughter, Tina Acree, siblings, Harry Huffman, Rex Huffman, and Idell Huffman. She is survived by her son, Barry (& Sondra Altman) Harlow, grandchildren, Cory Jones, DaKota Harlow, Darby Acree, Avery Harlow, great-grandchildren, Carter Jones, Bristol Jones, son-in-law, Kevin Acree, she was expecting another 3 great-grandchildren, along with other family members and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at Butler Funeral Home jn Edmonton with burial in the Asbury-Center Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM till 8:00 PM on Monday, May 8, 2023 and again on Tuesday after 8:00 AM till the time of the service.
