Franklin Hopper

Franklin Stanley Hopper, Jr., age 55 of Florida passed away Friday, April 1, 2022 in Florida. He was born June 2, 1966 to the late Stanley Hopper Sr. and Cleon Smith Hopper of Albany, Kentucky. Besides his father he was preceded in death b y his grandparents, Bernice and Eunice Smith, Franklin Berry and Zella Mae Hopper. One aunt Ruth Hubbard. Frank was a truck driver and member of the Bethel Assembly of God. Frank was known for his kind and giving spirit. Always ready to help a friend in need. Besides his mother he is survived by a sister Stacy Lynn Hopper of Albany. Aunts, Janelle (John) Hubbard and Kathryn (Louie) Poynter all of Edmonton. His best friends, Brad and Beth Kulbacki, Bubba Cook, Chuck Woods, Fred Moore, Eric Heckler, Joe Durham and Sean St. Amard. God son Trevor Abbleby. Three special nieces and nephews, Hunt, Sissy and Delton Hulbardy. Services for Frank Hopper will be held 1:00 PM, Saturday at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton. Private burial will be in the Edmonton Cemetery. No visitation will be held prior to the service. Butler Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to be entrusted to the care of Mr. Hopper.
