Evelyn Gooden

Evelyn Bernice Gooden age 86 of Edmonton died Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown. She was the daughter of the late Oran and Lillian Hayes Froedge. She was a homemaker and member of the Mt. Pisgah Baptist church. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in the Missionary Mound Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Saturday and after 9:00 AM Sunday at the funeral home. She is survived by a son Ricky Gooden of Edmonton. Two sisters, Phyllis England and husband Don of Edmonton. Doris Gibson of Edmonton. One brother Bob Froedge and wife Tilda of Edmonton. A sister in law Bernice Froedge of Edmonton. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Veachel Gooden and two brothers Junior and James Froedge.
