Oakley David Smith, 55, of Edmonton passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at his home. David was born October 6, 1966 in Glasgow, Kentucky to the late Oakley and Anna Mae Firkins Smith. David was a member of the Casey Fork Church of Christ and a disabled forklift operator. He is survived by his companion, Carolyn Hatcher of Edmonton. Brother, Dwight (Tammi) Smith of Edmonton. Niece, Tiffany Thomas of Edmonton. Children, Rachel (Joe) Dotson and Brandi Alluis all of Edmonton. Grandchildren, Jessie and Alexis Dotson, Luke and Tanner Alluis. A great niece Star Acree. Special cousins. Tammy (Tony) Shockley and Larry (Kim) Huber. Funeral services for David will be held 1:00 PM, Saturday at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with interment in the Huber Cemetery.
