Danny Ray Martin

Danny Ray Martin, 74 of Randolph, Kentucky passed away Monday, July 15, 2024, at home surrounded by his family. Danny was born April 19, 1950, to the late Ray and Ruby Sullivan Martin.

Danny retired from Sumitomo after 23 years. He enjoyed target shooting, working on cars, traveling to Florida and was an avid fisherman. Danny will always be remembered for his contagious smile that would warm up any room.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years Linda Greever Martin of Randolph, two daughters Kim Compton and Tracy (John) Miller of Edmonton; four grandchildren Peyton (Alex) Altman, Lindsey Compton, Kendall Compton (Sydne Whitley), and Raelynn Miller; one great grandson Charlie Altman and one brother Lyndon, "Tudor" (PJ) Martin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Danny Martin will be held 1:00PM Friday, July 19, 2024, at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in the Wisdom Faith Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:30PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday and after 8:00 AM Friday until time of the service.
