Rose Compton

Rose Alice Compton, 84, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023. Rose was one of 9 children born to the late Grace (Edwards), and W.Y. Wallace in Glasgow, Ky. She was retired from G.E. and a member of Faith Assembly of God in Lebanon Junction. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Betty, Barbara, and Golda, and brothers, Keith, and Randall. Rose is survived by her children, Ellen Stromberg (Chuck), and Todd Compton (Lisa); brothers, Ed Wallace, Phoenix Wallace (Juanita), and twin, Rex Wallace (Doris); grandchildren, Christopher Stromberg (Amanda), Hannah Compton, Clayton Stromberg, Emily Compton, and Grant Compton, and great-grandchildren, Addyson, and Carter Stromberg. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, April 22nd at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in the Edmonton Cemetery . Visitation will begin at 12:00PM until time of the service.
